OUTCYCLECANCER is an outdoor cycling group for those who enjoy fitness, freedom and friendship on two wheels.

Rides are led at a comfortable pace and are cycling for fitness, freedom and friendship.

The group mainly cycle during the warmer months, taking advantage of good weather to explore local routes in a fun, social setting.

ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING

CUPILATES

CU Pilates is a gentle, mixed-cancer exercise class designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies through functional movement and Pilates-inspired exercises. Each exercise can be adapted to individual needs.
