CU LIFE BALANCE
Juggling life, family, work, and cancer, together

Where and When
Monday 28th April
19:30 start
The Swallows Return, Titnore Lane, Worthing, BN12 6PB
We’re a group of like-minded individuals balancing life beyond our diagnosis. Whether it’s learning how to manage parenting, work, fitness, wellbeing or just busy life.
There’s no pressure, no expectations, just real people, real stories, and a chance to connect over a cuppa or a pint and hopefully build some new friendships. We’d love to see you there!
What is CU LIFE BALANCE?
In late 2024 one of our younger members, Hannah, reached out to us about how we can provide more support to younger people who had a received a cancer diagnosis, and from that conversation, CU LIFE BALANCE was born! You can hear more of Hannah's story by watching the video below.
We understand that sometimes just being around people who understand can make a world of difference, and with that in mind , we want to invite younger people (aged 20+) to join us to meet like-minded people.
Whether you’re recently diagnosed, going through treatment, or even processing a past experience, come along to our social support group, meet like-minded people, have a chat, a laugh and share your story (if you’d like to.)

If you are interested in coming along but would like to be contacted by a team member beforehand, please fill in the form.
There is no need to book, just turn up.
